Winterize skin

Does your skin look and feel different in the winter? Here are some quick tips to help it looking and feeling its best during the winter months.

  • Do not use harsh soaps, but gentle cleansers.
  • After a warm [not hot] shower or bath, apply a moisturizer.
  • Get a humidifier, low humidity causes dry skin
  • Exercise and drink plenty of water.
